• We may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date.

• If you cancel your booking, the deposit may be forfeited unless otherwise stated in a separate contract or client agreement.

• Full or remaining balance is typically due day of the scheduled booking.

• We accept debit and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest.

• We retain all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in any photographs, videos, or other works we create, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You are granted a limited license to use the delivered content (e.g., photos, videos) for personal, non-commercial use or as stated in a separate agreement (e.g., commercial licensing, usage terms).

4.2 Client Materials

• If you provide any materials (logos, music, or other content) for inclusion in the final product, you represent that you have the necessary rights and licenses to use those materials.

• You agree to indemnify us against any claims or damages arising from your use of third-party materials without proper authorization.
